Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Support Specialist to support and guide franchise owners throughout the Long Island region. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the Printing and/or Design industry who enjoys coaching, consulting, and building strong professional relationships.
You will work directly with franchise owners to grow their business, increase profitability, improve operations and ensure brand standards are upheld.
This role requires daily local travel throughout Long Island, with overnight travel as needed. This position does require 30-50% travel. Car, phone, meal, and hotel expenses are covered.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with franchise owners to improve business performance
- Provide operational, marketing, and production guidance
- Support print production best practices and workflow improvements
- Assist with Adobe Creative Cloud-related production needs
- Analyze financial performance and identify growth opportunities
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with multiple personalities
- Represent and reinforce Minuteman Press company culture
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Print Production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience in the Printing and/or Design industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently with daily travel
- Passion for helping business owners succeed
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $55,000–$60,000 plus bonus opportunities
