Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and retain a client base through proactive business development, professional networking, and referral-driven growth.
- Conduct in-depth discovery and financial analysis to understand client objectives, risks, and priorities, and deliver appropriately structured financial strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for client relationships, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, follow-through, and responsiveness.
- Drive results by converting opportunities into long-term client relationships through effective consultation, persuasion, and execution.
- Deliver guidance across insurance, protection, and wealth-building solutions, coordinating with internal resources as needed.
- Maintain disciplined business management practices, including accurate documentation, compliance adherence, and activity tracking.
Qualifications
- A documented history of success in a results-driven, client-facing role (e.g., outside sales, business development, consulting, technical sales, or comparable professional experience).
- The ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and confidence, adapting messaging to diverse audiences.
- High levels of self-discipline, personal accountability, and intrinsic motivation, with the capacity to operate independently without constant supervision.
- A consultative, relationship-driven approach to client engagement, focused on long-term value rather than transactional outcomes.
- The judgment and professionalism required to collaborate effectively within a team while owning individual results.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and mastery within a regulated, knowledge-intensive industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
