Experience in Mechanical Systems Project Manager (Wet and Dry) for construction team manger positions for construction of Data Center Construction in Wisconsin. Understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning of semi-conductor fab construction, or equivalent. Desired skills include schedule management/development; technical knowledge of wet, dry and specialty gas mechanical systems; budget development/management skills; vendor management; RFI writing/management; submittal management; ability to read drawing including P&IDs; and a basic understanding of systems experience.
Seeking someone with 5+ years (minimum) of construction experience in the pharmaceutical, oil and gas, semiconductor, or data center industry.
