About The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator for Visionary Homes, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to our organization's growth and success.
This is an onsite position based at our Headquarters in North Logan, Utah.
Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to drive leads and sales.
- Coordinate all aspects of campaign logistics, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support your regional sales agents with marketing materials
- Coordinate and support the development and execution of marketing assets for communities within your region
Content Creation
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including copywriting, graphic design coordination, and content development.
- Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective materials.
Digital Marketing Support
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and website content updates for the purpose of driving leads.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
Event Planning and Execution
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, and promotional materials.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Administrative Tasks
- Assist in maintaining marketing databases, managing contact lists, and tracking expenses.
- Generate reports to measure marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on strategic planning and campaign management.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must be dedicated, driven, and collaborative with a disciplined focus
- Excellent skills in multitasking
- Effective organization techniques
- Basic knowledge and experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
- Experience in writing for websites, flyers, ads, and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship abilities
- A willingness to bring creativity, enthusiasm, curiosity, helpfulness, and a passion for both marketing and branding
- Experience in the real estate/construction/residential building industry is preferred, but not required
- Availability if we have a weekend or after-hours event
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Requires prolonged sitting while working at the computer
- May require the ability to walk around job sites
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
