Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $80/hour on W2

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and
production-savvy Graphic Designer III who can independently handle projects from concept to final execution. This role requires a proactive, action-oriented professional with strong experience in
branding, retail, and design production, preferably within the
beauty, fashion, or salon industry.
Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end design process: concept, design, mechanicals, comps, and final production
- Create visual assets for:
- Product lines
- Websites
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Packaging layouts (2D & 3D understanding required)
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative teams to:
- Develop creative concepts
- Write supporting copy for campaigns
- Create product names and taglines
- Work independently without production support
- Handle multiple projects (small to large scale) with flexibility
- Communicate effectively in real-time, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Incorporate feedback and provide constructive input to team members
Required Skills & Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and packaging design
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and retail work (mandatory)
- Expertise in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma
- Adobe Premiere (for video/animation work)
- PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of design production and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or salon industry
- Ability to animate graphics
- Highly flexible and adaptable to changing project scopes
- Strong attention to detail and production quality
