Overview:
This is a pre-construction project. We are looking for a polished and highly organized
Sales Gallery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury new development sales gallery in Coral Gables. This individual will serve as the face of the sales gallery, ensuring a seamless, elevated, five-star experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, including clients and brokers, ensuring a warm, professional, and luxury level welcome
- Manage the daily operations of the sales gallery to maintain a polished, show-ready gallery at all times
- Manage gallery calendar: appointments, meetings, etc.
- Registering clients and brokers
- Maintain inventory of sales gallery supplies and materials. Place orders to ensure the gallery is fully stocked and operational
- Ensure proper coverage during business hours and events
- Assist with expense report submissions and basic operational reporting
- Liaise with the sales team and staff to support gallery operations
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure a smooth experience for every visitor
Requirements
- Prior experience in a luxury, client-facing environment (real estate, hospitality, or high-end retail)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, basic spreadsheets, and office systems
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset
