What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive company growth and local brand awareness.
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital, print, and community channels.
- Identify sales opportunities and support the team in lead generation and customer retention.
- Analyze results and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced small business environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably with a local or regional business.
- Proven sales experience and understanding of how marketing drives revenue.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute from idea to implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker who loves seeing measurable results.
