Marketing Assistant
Los Angeles (Full Time | On-Site)
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a growing fashion brand, supporting day-to-day execution across PR, social, and content. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, bringing ideas to life from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
PR & Gifting
- Support PR and gifting efforts, including product pulls, shipment coordination, and inventory upkeep
- Track all gifting activity (sent, posted, pending, follow-ups)
- Assist with creator outreach and manage ongoing communication
- Follow up on PR sends to secure coverage and content
- Conduct ongoing media monitoring
Content Creation
- Assist on photoshoots and content days, capturing both on-camera and behind-the-scenes content
- Support visual and copy execution across social channels
- Contribute to campaign ideation and content planning
- Participate in try-ons, styling videos, and on-camera content, e.g. TikTok Live
Social Media
- Support day-to-day Instagram and TikTok management
- Assist with content calendar execution
- Write captions and schedule Instagram posts; support Pinterest scheduling
- Engage with community (comments, DMs, tagged content) while maintaining brand voice
- Support performance tracking and reporting
- Able to create copy for socials with a fun, relatable tone
Influencer Marketing
- Assist with influencer research, outreach, and relationship management
- Track collaborations and coordinate PR sends
Additional Support
- Organize asset folders for monthly product drops
- Write copy for social, email, and web
- Assist with weekly production orders
- Support cross-functional projects as needed
- Travel for tradeshows (up to 2x per year)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social, or PR (fashion preferred)
- Strong interest in fashion, content, and social media
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Comfortable on camera and creating content
- Strong writing skills with a relatable, on-brand tone
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Google Suite, and in-app editing tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
The base salary range for this position is $23-$26/hour. Exact base salary will be determined by experience, skills, education, and budget.
