We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator who helps bring structure to fast-moving initiatives, supporting both execution and creative processes to ensure every brand effort runs smoothly and efficiently.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing operations across both brands, assisting with logistics, creative development, events, and vendor management. This role is execution-focused with exposure to strategic brand initiatives.
You will play a key role in:
- Managing POS ordering and vendor coordination
- Supporting program and campaign rollouts and asset development
- Assisting with event execution and logistics
- Maintaining marketing organization, timelines, and budgets
This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in premium spirits brand building.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Administration
- Oversee POS ordering process, including vendor communication, production timelines,and fulfillment tracking
- Work with Finance team to help manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking
- Maintain organized marketing calendars, timelines, and internal trackers
- Support cross-functional communication between Sales, Brand, and external partners
Creative & Campaign Support
- Assist in the development of marketing briefs, presentations, and campaign decks
- Coordinate creative asset requests with designers and agencies
- Help manage asset libraries and ensure sales teams have access to current materials
- Support content execution across digital and social platforms as needed
Events & Logistics
- Assist in planning and execution of brand events, trade shows, and market activations
- Coordinate shipment of POS, samples, and event materials
- Support on-site execution when required
- Track event budgets and recap performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, events, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with POS production and vendor management
- Proficiency in presentation building
- Experience in spirits, CPG, lifestyle, or beverage industry
- Exposure to event marketing or field activation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves
