About Pixio
Pixio is a design-forward gaming and desk setup brand where performance meets intentional design. Our Creative team shapes how Pixio looks and feels across every customer touchpoint — from product packaging and Amazon listings to brand campaigns and digital experiences.
About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with strong ecommerce and web design chops who brings fresh ideas, takes ownership, and moves fast. You'll work closely with Ecommerce, Growth Marketing, and Operations to create assets that convert — while keeping every touchpoint on-brand and visually sharp.
What You’ll Do
Ecommerce & Web Design
- Create and optimize marketplace assets including product thumbnails, PDP images, A+ content, and storefronts
- Develop new creative concepts and directions for our website and ecommerce experience
- Research competitors and market trends to support product launches and ongoing optimization
Brand & Marketing Design
- Create high-quality assets for paid social, organic social, email, display advertising, and website
- Edit and produce video content for paid advertising, social media, product launches, and website
- Translate product features and customer use cases into compelling visual storytelling
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative execution.
Packaging & Product Design Support
- Assist with packaging design for gaming peripherals, monitors, and accessories.
- Contribute to product development discussions with a design perspective.
- Support 3D visualization and product mockup creation as skills develop.
- Work within production specs and dieline templates with precision.
Workflow & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Growth Marketing, and Paid Media on cross-channel creative initiatives
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows and improve creative output
- Manage files, revisions, and deliverables through our CRM-based pipeline
- Run pre-flight QA on every deliverable before submission
What You Bring
- 1–5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience designing for ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, or similar).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive communicator — you don’t wait to be asked, you take initiative.
- Portfolio demonstrating range across brand, digital, and production work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with packaging design and production-ready dielines.
- Interest or experience in gaming, tech, or consumer electronics.
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
- Experience working with Airtable, Dropbox, or similar project management and file systems.
What Success Looks Like
- You hit the ground running and take ownership of your work without waiting for direction.
- Your deliverables are clean, on-brand, and submission-ready with minimal rework.
- You communicate proactively and flag questions or blockers early.
- You bring ideas and references to the table — not just execution.
Compensation
$65,000 - $80,000 / year based on experience
Company Benefits
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance – 100% company-paid
- Retirement Plan with company matching
- 9 Paid Company Holidays
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Employee discounts on Pixio product
