Reports to: Graphic Designer
We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support the Creative Team across graphic design, video editing and brand storytelling. Working closely with the Graphic Designer and Influencer & Community Manager, this role will help execute creative across digital, social, email, web, print and video. From campaign launches and retail graphics to Reels, e-commerce imagery and creative presentations, you'll help bring the Réalisation Par brand to life across every touchpoint.
This role is ideal for someone with approximately two years of professional experience, exceptional design taste, strong technical skills and a passion for fashion, photography and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design creative assets for Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, paid media, website and other digital channels.
- Create campaign rollout assets, launch graphics and promotional creative while maintaining brand consistency.
- Resize and adapt creative across multiple formats and platforms.
- Retouch imagery for social, web, email and marketing assets while maintaining the brand's natural, elevated aesthetic.
- Prepare campaign, e-commerce and editorial imagery for final delivery.
- Design presentations, internal decks and creative documents.
- Prepare artwork for print production, including posters, signage and retail collateral.
- Maintain organised creative files and asset libraries.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and paid social.
- Create campaign cutdowns from existing footage.
- Edit influencer and community content for owned and paid channels.
- Add simple titles, transitions and motion graphics where appropriate.
- Export and optimise content for multiple platforms.
Creative Team
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Director, Graphic Designer and Influencer & Community Manager on day-to-day creative projects.
- Ensure all creative aligns with the Réalisation Par brand aesthetic and visual standards.
- Stay informed on fashion, photography, design and social media trends.
- Contribute ideas that support campaigns, launches and brand storytelling.
Your Qualifications:
- Approximately 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, typography and retouching skills.
- Advanced Photoshop skills, including high-end retouching.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
- Experience editing short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and paid social.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout and composition.
- Experience creating creative assets across digital, social, email and web.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for fashion, photography and visual culture.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Experience preparing artwork for print.
- Familiarity with Figma.
