Wood Expressions is a family-owned company that designs, manufactures, and distributes board games, personalized gifts, and custom-branded products. We work with retailers, promotional product distributors, corporate clients, and online marketplaces including ASI, PPAI, Amazon, and Etsy.
About the Position
We are looking for an organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our branded products and customized games division. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in sales, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, or business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone and email
- Coordinate customized and personalized product orders
- Support ASI and PPAI distributor accounts
- Maintain Etsy product listings and product information
- Prepare quotes and follow up on customer inquiries
- Coordinate artwork and personalization requests
- Work with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Perform general sales support and administrative duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service, sales, or e-commerce experience is a plus
