Job Description
A Figma Designer creates digital interfaces for web and mobile, developing comprehensive design systems and interactive prototypes. The role demands expertise in Figma, proficiency in user research, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to present and articulate design concepts. Candidates should have a strong portfolio and a solid understanding of user experience principles and visual design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs using Figma, ranging from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Apply UX and UI design principles to build engaging, intuitive, and user-focused digital products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, analyze insights, and iterate to improve product design and user experience.
- Present and communicate design concepts, prototypes, and research findings effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Develop graphic elements and marketing materials in alignment with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Analyze product specifications, user needs, and business requirements to guide and refine design solutions.
- Deliver visually appealing, detail-oriented interfaces that enhance usability and overall product satisfaction.
- Create functional prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather usability feedback on interactions and flows.
- Apply user-centered design methodologies by leveraging knowledge of user behavior, psychology, and usability principles.
- Collaborate closely with developers, Marketing team, and Management to ensure that design adheres to expected standards, alignment with business goals, and effective execution.
