Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The candidate must be proficient in Zoho Books and capable of handling all accounting functions independently, including GST, TDS, invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including bank entries, reconciliations, and voucher posting
- Prepare sales invoices, proforma invoices, and Debit & Credit Note.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns
- Prepare monthly TDS sheets and assist in ensuring timely payment and return filing
- Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations
- Support the finance team in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries as needed
- Reconcile the collection report with bank statements to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
