We are a social-first brand that has built a loyal, highly engaged community through earned attention, authentic storytelling and a "never a trend" philosophy.
Our visual identity is everything. Every asset we create - from a campaign still to a story frame - has to feel unmistakably Odd Muse.
The Role
This is a creative digital design role at the heart of the Odd Muse brand. You will be the person who makes the brand look extraordinary online, designing creative assets for our digital channels that are impossible to scroll past.
You genuinely get social. You understand the visual language of Instagram, TikTok and beyond, and you know how to translate a luxury fashion brand into content that feels native, not forced. You have a sharp aesthetic eye and a real instinct for what makes something feel elevated versus ordinary.
You're also excited by what AI tools can do for creative output - using them intelligently, not lazily, to push ideas further. We are not looking for someone who just executes. We want someone who brings ideas, has a point of view, and understands the Odd Muse world well enough to design within it and push it forward.
What You'll Do
Digital & Social Design
- Design scroll-stopping creative assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, across feed, Stories and covers
- Translate campaign concepts, product launches and brand moments into compelling 2D visuals for digital channels
- Create templates, toolkits and design systems that maintain brand consistency at speed and scale
- Stay ahead of visual trends, platform formats and design culture, and bring that knowledge into every brief
Campaign & Brand
- Play a key role in building out the visual worlds for seasonal campaigns and brand moments, executing assets across digital and social
- Produce editorial-quality visuals that bring the Odd Muse aesthetic to life across paid media, organic content and e-commerce
- Design lookbooks, campaign decks and visual presentations that communicate the brand world with clarity and impact
Brand Identity
- Be the guardian of the Odd Muse visual identity, ensuring consistency across all outputs while continuously evolving the design language
- Develop typography, colour, layout and graphic treatments that reinforce brand positioning: quiet luxury, timeless design, investment fashion
AI & Innovation
- Use AI design tools to accelerate creative ideation and production
- Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to generate concepts, iterate faster and unlock new visual possibilities
- Share learnings with the wider team and help build a smarter, more efficient creative process
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio that genuinely stops you in your tracks -- show us something we haven't seen before
- A deep, instinctive understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform visually
- A strong aesthetic sensibility that leans elevated and editorial, never cluttered or trend-led
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and a genuine curiosity about how to use them well
- Experience within fashion, beauty or luxury lifestyle is strongly preferred
- Based in Dubai, or excited to be
