de Gournay is seeking a Junior Creative Producer to join its London-based marketing team. Working closely with the Senior Creative Producer, this role will support the planning and delivery of creative projects across the brand’s global markets, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East and China.
This is a varied and hands-on position, supporting the day-to-day running of the marketing production schedule. The role spans a range of initiatives including photoshoots, campaigns, brand events, and visual merchandising. It is well suited to someone organised, practical and creatively minded, with a genuine interest in luxury interiors, design, and craft.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Shoot Support
Support the Senior Creative Producer in the day-to-day management of the marketing production schedule.
Assist with sourcing props, styling elements, and materials required for shoots.
Provide hands-on support with set preparation, installation, and on-site shoot logistics.
Liaise with suppliers to arrange product loans and prop sourcing, ensuring all items are tracked and returned appropriately.
Events & Marketing Production
Support the planning and delivery of brand events, launches, and installations across international markets.
Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent delivery of creative assets and brand visuals.
Provide production and logistical support in the lead-up to and during events.
Logistics & Coordination
Provide general production administration and organisational support.
Assist with production logistics, including scheduling, supplier coordination, and shipment of materials.
Support travel arrangements and preparation for international projects and events.
Candidate Profile
Creatively minded with strong attention to detail and visual awareness.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable taking a hands-on approach to a wide variety of tasks, with a proactive and positive attitude.
Strong interest in design, craft, and luxury interiors.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
A collaborative, reliable team member with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
