Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Bandung for a Revenue Manager. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimizing revenue by developing and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing revenue performance, and forecasting to maximize profitability. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, managing financial systems, and coordinating with various departments to enhance revenue-generating opportunities while ensuring financial compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting practices
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to monitor and interpret financial performance data
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and communicate effectively across departments
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and revenue management tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management is highly advantageous
