In this role, you will lead complex project workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven strategic insights directly to senior-level clients. The firm works across a range of sectors including Industrials & Business Services, Healthcare, Ingredients & Life Sciences, Chemicals & Advanced Materials, Consumer Health & Goods, Retail & Entertainment, and Private Equity. - Manages and mentors junior team members while maintaining high standards of work quality and keeping projects on track.

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, investment banking, private equity, or engineering
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset with a drive for tackling complex, strategic challenges
- A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 + Annual Bonus
