Immediate Need for a data cleanup/data entry candidate. Position is starting off as a 6-8 week project and will be 2x a week onsite
We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary resource to support a data cleanup initiative within
Salesforce. This role will focus on reviewing and correcting account and billing information tied
to historical opportunities to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. May be
tasked with minor additional data integrity and cleanup tasks, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review approximately two years of Salesforce opportunities and associated account
records
• Validate and update billing and accounting information on account records
• Compare Salesforce data against contracts and accounting records to identify
discrepancies
• Correct incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate legacy data
• Follow established guidelines to ensure data integrity and standardization
• Document findings and flag any complex discrepancies for further review
• Work with Sales and Accounting to ensure data accuracy for complex discrepancies
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven tasks
• Ability to compare and reconcile data across multiple sources (e.g., contracts,
accounting records)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of records
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with data cleanup, data entry, or CRM data management
• Basic understanding of billing or accounting concepts (helpful but not required)
