The Industrials Team
• Active coverage across diversified industrial sectors (including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and industrial technology)
• Balanced mix of sell‑side, buy‑side, and capital‑raising mandates
• High level of responsibility and direct exposure to clients and senior bankers from day one
Responsibilities
• Build and execute detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and merger consequences analyses
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and offering memoranda
• Coordinate and manage diligence processes and data rooms
• Participate in client meetings, management presentations, and transaction negotiations
• Work closely with Analysts, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors throughout live deals
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of investment banking or relevant transaction experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skill set
• Experience across M&A and/or capital markets transactions preferred
• Industrial sector experience is a plus but not required
• Detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
