We are hiring a full-time Shipping & Fulfillment Associate with real, hands-on experience in small package shipping.
This is a detail-focused role for someone who has done this type of work before and can step in without extensive training.
This is NOT:
- A warehouse pallet jack position
- An Amazon/UPS-style sorting job
- A delivery driver job
What You’ll Do:
- Ship daily orders using ShipStation or similar software
- Pack and label small packages accurately and efficiently
- Work with USPS and UPS to send packages
- Prep items and ensure orders go out correctly the first time
- Organize and put away incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These):
- Previous experience shipping small packages (required)
- Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software
- Comfortable working on a computer and typing consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stay productive without constant supervision
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Team player
Location Requirement:
- Must be able to reliably commute to St. James, NY every day
- If the commute is long or difficult, this job will not be a good fit
Who This Role Is For:
Someone who has done shipping/fulfillment before, understands the workflow, and takes pride in getting orders out accurately and on time.
