We are building a talent pool for upcoming
Digital Design opportunities incoming from our client in the Beauty industry. These versatile designers will execute high-impact creative across digital channels (background in Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury Retail preferred). Please note that specific pay rates and project details will vary depending on the individual role that arises. Anticipated to be 6-12 month contract durations.
Hybrid Requirement: Candidates must be local to one of the following locations to reliably commit to a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite. Remote applicants will not be considered. 1) El Segundo, CA 2) Berkeley Heights, NJ 3) New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Production: Social Media, Site banners, emails, display ads, PDP, and SEO pages.
- Creative Strategy: Partnering with Creative VPs on photoshoots, concept presentations, and post-production.
- Asset Management: Light color retouching, image resizing, and ensuring 100% brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-8+ years of experience (we are hiring across all levels) in digital design with a retail or eCommerce focus. Experience and familiarity with packaging design preferred.
- Industry: A background in Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury Retail is highly preferred.
- Technical Excellence: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Sketch, PowerPoint, or Video Editing is a major plus.
- Agility: A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work quickly against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, "beauty-speed" environment.
- Communication: Comfort presenting creative concepts to senior leadership and collaborating across departments.
