Role Description
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the end-to-end experience of Draftroom.
In this role, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, and AI builders to design thoughtful, usable, and visually polished product experiences. You’ll help translate loose ideas, creative references, and user needs into structured workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both product thinking and visual craft — someone who can move quickly, ask good questions, and turn ambiguous problems into clear design directions.
Qualifications
• Design end-to-end product experiences, from early concepts and user flows to polished UI and launch-ready designs.
• Translate creative inspiration and user needs into structured workflows, prompt-ready concepts, and product interactions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and product interfaces.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to better understand how creators and AI builders work.
• Synthesize feedback and data into clear design decisions and product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI builders to define product direction and interaction patterns.
• Contribute to Draftroom’s design system, including components, visual standards, interaction patterns, and documentation.
• Help shape the product vision and storytelling around AI-driven creative workflows.
Nice to have
• Experience designing AI-powered, data-rich, or creator-focused products.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, generative AI tools, or AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-moving product environment.
