About
TrustBuilders Fiduciary Group, the only law firm dedicated solely to post mortem administration, is looking for an experienced TRUST OFFICER to service its growing book of trust and estate clients. Based in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate would have 5+ years as a corporate fiduciary and hold either a CTFA designation or Cannon Trust School certification.
This is a great opportunity for a veteran banker looking for a new challenge. Must have a proven record in:
- Daily Trust Administration and compliance
- Asset Management and Investment oversight
- Contact with Grantors, Beneficiaries and advisors
- Tax reporting and planning
- Familiarity with all state and federal laws and Virginia Trust Code
- Deep understanding of trust taxation, fiduciary law, and investment management principles
