Job Description:
- As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for…
- Meeting with customers on a daily basis to identify their needs and offer them a solution
- Collaborate with your sales manager for continued growth and development
- Ensure accuracy of all paperwork
- Follow the proven Bath Fitter sales guidelines
- Meet or exceed closing sales objectives within company guidelines
- All leads are qualified and pre-set (no cold-calling)
Please note the compensation for this position is 100% commission
Requirements:
- High School diploma and must be 21 years and older
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- High level of energy
- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation as will have to use your own vehicle
