Digital Marketing Manager

An established, multi-location retail organization in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, campaign execution, vendor coordination, reporting, and day-to-day marketing workflow.
The right candidate must be comfortable leading a small marketing team while also directly contributing to campaign planning, reporting, vendor follow-up, creative direction, offer accuracy, paid media optimization, and project execution. We are looking for a working manager who can set direction, inspect details, coach team members, and personally contribute to move work forward. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Savannah, GA.
About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving digital visibility, lead generation, campaign performance, and marketing process discipline across multiple locations. This person will partner closely with internal leadership, sales and operations teams, outside vendors, and internal marketing contributors to ensure campaigns are accurate, timely, compliant, and results-driven.
The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, organized, and willing to get into the details. This person should be able to guide a small team, manage vendors, improve processes, and communicate effectively with leadership while still personally contributing to campaign execution and performance improvement.
This role requires someone who can balance big-picture planning with daily follow-through. The right person will bring structure, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and a practical understanding of how digital marketing supports business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Oversee paid search, display, video, paid social, website traffic, local listings, and related digital channels.
- Translate business goals, sales priorities, retail offers, and local market opportunities into actionable campaign plans.
- Analyze key metrics and performance and translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Ensure vendor-executed work aligns with brand standards, offer details, compliance requirements, and business priorities.
- Lead and support a small marketing team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.
- Provide priorities, direction, feedback, and accountability across creative, reporting, administrative, and campaign work.
- Manage campaign launches, budget pacing, reporting, deliverables, timelines, and vendor follow-up.
- Hold vendors accountable for accuracy, responsiveness, performance, and agreed-upon deliverables.
- Ensure vendor-executed work aligns with brand standards, offer details, compliance requirements, and business priorities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on campaign management and performance analysis.
- Prior experience managing, leading, or directly guiding a small marketing team.
- Strong working knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, video, website traffic strategy, local listings, and digital lead generation.
- Experience managing digital budgets and making decisions based on ROI, cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, or outside marketing partners.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, explain performance, and recommend practical next steps.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities at once.
- Ability to provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability to team members.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around offer accuracy, compliance, brand consistency, and reporting.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, analytics/reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and project management systems.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a multi-location retail, franchise, agency, or high-volume lead generation environment.
- Experience working with sales, operations, or location-level leadership.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Google Business Profiles, GA4, Looker Studio, CRM reporting, or similar tools.
- Experience managing co-op, vendor compliance, or brand guideline requirements.
- Experience improving marketing workflows, documentation, dashboards, or campaign approval processes.
