We’re looking for a Content Designer to join PNC Bank’s digital team. At PNC, you’ll build digital solutions that help people achieve their financial goals so they can focus on everything else life brings. You'll be a key player in shaping product design and strategy by collaborating with content designers, experience designers, agile development teams, and core product team members. You’ll use a strong, critical voice to deliver an engaging, consistent and accessible experience to our audiences.
In This Role, You Will
- Support content creation and be a subject matter expert, working closely with other content designers and experience designers to apply your content design skills to an established product
- Identify problems and craft creative content solutions that educate and empower users
- Collaborate with other content designers to maintain and deliver content guidelines that provide consistent language and labeling across a range of touchpoints
- Collaborate with research partners and others to test and get feedback on content and experiences
- Help shape the role of content in the design process, and partner with product managers for legal, risk and compliance reviews

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years working in UX with foundational understanding of best practices and principles

- An online portfolio, writing samples or published work
- Experience in or an understanding of agile development processes

Job Description

- Create content and consult on voice, style, and grammar. Collaborate with other Content Designers and Experience Designers to apply your writing skills to an established product.
- Identify problems and craft creative content solutions that educate and empower users.
- Socialize & suggest changes to content guidelines that provide consistent language and labeling across a range of touchpoints.
- Conduct user research; creating test plans, interview guides, test scripts, and analysis documents.
- Shape the role of content in the digital product development process and work alongside product managers for legal, risk, and compliance reviews.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $68,000.00 – $119,600.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
