Role Description</p>
This is a full-time Research Analyst role based on-site in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing financial and statistical data, and delivering actionable insights to support client financing opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing detailed market reports, monitoring industry trends, and assisting in the development of financing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will also be integral to the role.
Candidates must also have a basic understanding of and experience using AI tools to support research, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.
Salary: $36,000-$48,000 Annually

- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in data interpretation
- Proficiency in Research and Market Research to gather and evaluate relevant data and trends
- Competence in utilizing Statistics to make informed conclusions and meaningful recommendations
- Exceptional Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with diverse teams
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of and expirience using AI tools
- Familiarity with commercial real estate or finance is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
