KDB Management is seeking a high-caliber Financial Analyst with a CPA or CPA track.
This entrepreneurial position works directly with ownership across real estate, energy, and private investments. Ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to decision-making, capital allocation, and financial strategy.
Qualifications
● Experience at Big 4 accounting firm or similar
● CPA or CPA-track
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred GPA 3.8+)
● 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
● Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
● Real estate or other private investment analysis experience
Job Description
● Lead negotiations
● Lead deal sourcing
● Work directly with ownership on high-impact initiatives
● Lead special projects and analyses in response to evolving business priorities
● Support strategic decisions with clear financial insight
● Analyze investments, returns, and business performance
● Build and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts
Who We’re Looking For
● Strong foundation in accounting (Controller mindset preferred)
● Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
● Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
● High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality
● Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
