- What You’ll Do:**
- Support the communications and special projects team in executing tentpole events, including creative brainstorming, venue scouting, contract management, guest list coordination, and on-site event support.
- Manage various events and special projects, overseeing external agencies, setting and adhering to timelines, and ensuring creative execution under the guidance of department leadership.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers and tastemakers, identifying strategic opportunities for earned media coverage for diverse communication and publicity initiatives.
- Coordinate event attendance logistics and manage itineraries and communications for executive-level participation.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners across marketing, publicity, corporate communications, executive communications, and social responsibility teams.
- Demonstrate flexibility to travel occasionally (up to once per quarter) and work evenings and weekends for events, with prior approval.
- Own and meticulously maintain various lists, ensuring high accuracy and strong attention to detail in all list management tasks.
- Provide essential administrative support for marketing coordination needs, including tracking, updating, organizing, and managing deliverables.
- Proactively drive tasks forward once assigned, demonstrating initiative, flagging potential issues, and proposing effective solutions.
- Support coordination activities integral to marketing and publicity workflows, leveraging your background in communications or other relevant industries.
- Must-Have Qualifications:**
- At least 2 years of experience in publicity or communications within a fast-paced environment, such as a creative studio, network, agency, or brand.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced events setting.
- Exceptional writing skills and a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
- General awareness of industry trends and a strong familiarity with social media, influencers, and current cultural movements.
- Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with executives, team members, talent, press, and external contacts.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including virtual meeting platforms, communication tools, cloud storage, and productivity suites.
- Ability to maintain strict discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
- A curious mindset, strong business acumen, and a genuine interest in publicity and events.
- A background in publicity and/or communications.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, especially with administrative-heavy tasks and list management.
- Proven ability to take initiative, operate with limited oversight once direction is provided, and consistently follow through on tasks.
- Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with influencer-tracking software.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
