Campaign and Asset Execution
* Create and assemble creative assets for Stic marketing campaigns across channels, including landing pages, paid ads, email, social, pitch decks, and event collateral
* Translate Stic's brand direction
* Prepare production-ready digital and print assets that reflect Stic's positioning in the OOH measurement and urban intelligence space
Project Ownership and Execution
* Support and grow into ownership of projects from initial brief through final delivery
* Organize files, manage versions, and ensure all required assets are completed and delivered on time for sales, marketing and engineering.
* Work through ambiguity by making thoughtful design decisions aligned with Stic's brand and strategic direction
* Proactively identify gaps, suggest improvements, and move work forward without waiting to be asked
Design Systems and Scale
* Use and contribute to a modular Stic marketing design system (templates, car stickers that can be printed, components, reusable layouts built around the Stic visual identity)
* Create and maintain templates that enable faster and more consistent asset production across campaigns
* Support the development of workflows that reduce manual effort and improve throughput as the team grows
AI and Automation Integration
* Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL-E, Canva, etc.) to accelerate concepting and production
* Incorporate AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day design execution
* Contribute to evolving scalable creative systems that support Stic's rapid go-to-market pace
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to support Stic's go-to-market initiatives, including advertiser-facing and investor-facing materials
* Collaborate with the product and hardware teams when needed, with primary focus on marketing execution
* Ensure design work is organized and implementation-ready across all stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital design
* Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based work, pitch materials, and/or repeatable design systems
* Ability to take direction and translate it into high-quality visual output aligned with a technical brand
* Demonstrated growth toward increasing ownership of projects end-to-end
* High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, or similar tools
* Strong understanding of layout systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
* Experience designing for:
* Landing pages
* Paid ads (social/display)
* Email and lifecycle marketing
* Sales and investor collateral
* Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL-E, Canva, or similar) as part of a production workflow
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving startup environment
* Strong communication skills, especially in async and remote-first settings
