As a Software Applications Engineer, you will be part of the R&D department supporting the Digital Front End development team. What's the Job?
- Participate in software architecture, design, development, testing, and release of Digital Front End (DFE) solutions for high-speed inkjet web press products.
- Investigate and recommend new technologies to enhance product capabilities and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Support customer problem resolution and participate in production operations as needed.
- Contribute to the growth of an innovative, agile software development team focused on revolutionizing digital printing solutions.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in agile software development methodologies and high-quality software solutions.
- Strong understanding of large-scale software systems, especially in commercial printing or related industries.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture, and experience with programming languages such as C++, Kotlin, Java, C, and Groovy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
