Summary
'We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Customer Management Representative to join our team in Corvallis. This role is vital in driving our customer engagement and expanding our market presence. You will play a key part in supporting our mission to deliver secure and reliable access control solutions.'
Responsibilities
' Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories.
- Manage customer accounts and foster strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to support client retention and growth.'
- Daily order entry
- Trade Show travelsales and marketing
- Develop new markets
- Build new customer relationships for long-term sales
- Define strategies for marketing of our high margin product
- Prepare and travel to trade shows
- Process sales orders and data entry
- Develop and write case studies, white papers and promotional campaigns
- Develop industry powerpoints
- Develop scripts for marketing videos
- Develop and write Social Media Texts
- Develop marketing campaigns
- Present sales webinars
- Develop and grow resellers in channel

- Customer-oriented approach to the sales process
- Must enjoy working with leading edge technology
- Inside sales experience required, preferably with a tech manufacturing company
- Previous marketing experience a plus
- Train resellers and customers
Qualifications
- Successful sales and marketing background including at least 2 years in sales and/or marketing, preferably acquired in an access control company. Strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills
' Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage resellers and generate leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos.
- Prior experience in security or access control industries is a plus.
