Simiron is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer to operate the company’s paid advertising and organic search initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and grow online revenue. In addition, the Digital Marketer will own Simiron’s search engine optimization (SEO) strategy, working to increase the brand’s organic visibility and improve search rankings across key product and industry-relevant terms.
This is a highly analytical, execution-oriented role suited for a self-starter who thrives on measurable results and is comfortable managing budgets, interpreting data, and continuously refining strategy based on performance.
Paid Advertising — Google & Meta
- Plan, build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), aligned with Simiron’s marketing objectives and budget targets.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies, ad creative briefs, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign reach and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creative, and implement optimizations to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms, ensuring spend is aligned with performance goals and adjusted based on real-time data.
- Generate and present regular campaign performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Stay current on platform algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and emerging features across Google and Meta to maintain a competitive edge.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategy to improve Simiron’s organic search rankings and drive sustained website traffic growth.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms relevant to Simiron’s product lines, industries served, and target customer segments.
- Optimize website content, metadata, product pages, and site architecture in collaboration with the E-Commerce team to align with SEO best practices.
- Build and manage a backlink acquisition strategy to strengthen domain authority over time.
- Monitor and report on organic search performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable platforms.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including site speed, crawlability, indexing errors, and mobile usability.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance across all channels.
- Establish and maintain clear KPI dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into campaign effectiveness and website performance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support broader marketing and e-commerce strategy decisions.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a demonstrated track record of performance.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience executing both on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms including Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate findings into actionable strategy adjustments.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred
- Google Ads certification and/or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with SEO tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
- Background in industrial, building materials, or manufacturing brands is a plus.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
