RESPONSIBILITIES /
- Lead project management in support of day-to-day account activities, including but not limited to Client communications and program management; coordinating internal client team efforts, resource and budget management; scheduling; tracking and reporting project progress; presentation development; development of creative briefs, status reports, and timelines.
- Proactively drive projects forward by anticipating needs, identifying project gaps, mapping next steps, and strategically prioritizing multiple workstreams. Demonstrate strong judgment in managing competing priorities, communicating updates and identifying issues before they impact timelines, budgets, or client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serve as a trusted day-to-day partner, coordinate delivery of successful projects while collaborating with Account Directors to define new opportunities.
- Support the AD in program development as necessary: external stakeholder engagement; event planning; content and asset management, such as talking points, briefing documents, editorial calendars, PowerPoint presentations and proofreading; desktop research; and post-event evaluation and associated administrative tasks.
- Participate in annual planning & program and project planning by playing a supporting role to the AD and the Client Lead.
- Perform daily tasks with a high degree of accuracy, review your own work and the work of others to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and uphold rigorous quality standards.
- Expertly leverage tools/software for project management and team collaboration.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal creative teams and external partners such as other agencies, client resources, as well as research and production and media partners.
- Be a brand steward for clients, ensuring strategic and client brand consistency across key touch points.
- Assist in new business activities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS /
- 7-10 years of experience managing projects, programs, or accounts focused on PR, branding, communications, and/or advertising - whether in corporate environments, consultancies, or agencies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving and planning skills with the ability to proactively anticipate needs, manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines.
- A huge plus if the candidate has experience working with large clients and in the areas of Sustainability, Corporate Philanthropy, Stakeholder Relationship Management or Internal Communications.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration and brings out the best in their colleagues.
- A ‘hands-on’ mentality and ‘whatever it takes to get the job done’ philosophy.

- Salary Range: Commensurate with experience, $75-85K + Bonus eligibility.
