About The Role
We’re looking for a versatile, high-output Graphic Designer with a serious passion for fashion, pop culture, and social media to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Art Director to bring the FashionPass brand to life across email, social, paid media, and on-site experiences. If you’re obsessed with type, color, and creating scroll-stopping content that converts, we want to see your work!
What You’ll Do
- Design 5–6 email marketing campaigns per week
- Update and refresh all recurring email flow designs
- Lead design across all social posts and social story series on Instagram (3-4 weekly)
- Concept and execute Meta ad campaigns (static + motion)
- Produce motion content in animated emails, GIFs, Reels, TikTok edits, story animations, etc
- Own the design direction for FashionPass events and activations, including signage, invites, photo moments, printed collateral, and on-site branding
- Contribute to the core brand system by developing iconography, illustrative elements, print materials, and brand guideline updates that the rest of the team can build from
- Design and execute layouts for homepage features, landing pages, and banners with a mobile-first mindset
- Retouch and art direct imagery for lifestyle, social, and e-commerce shoots as needed
- Partner with marketing, merchandising, and social teams to translate business goals into strong creative
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of professional design experience, ideally in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC e-commerce
- A standout portfolio that demonstrates refined typography, layout, and a clear point of view
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, and/or CapCut)
- Figma experience is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design for email and web
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A collaborative, feedback-welcoming mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and homepage implementation is a plus
- BA in Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proficient on Mac
