Who We Are
Born in a humble shed on the back-forty of the family vineyard, Firestone Walker is a California beer company like no other – founded by two brothers-in-law who simply wanted to make the perfect beer. Now a regional craft brewery, our singular purpose remains – to craft the world’s best beers. Passionately in pursuit of the perfect beer… and never satisfied.
Job Summary
Firestone Walker Brewing Company is looking for a Graphic Designer ready for a bigger stage. Someone with a strong foundation, great taste, and the drive to make work that actually matters. This is a chance to grow fast alongside one of the best creative teams in the industry, building visual language for a portfolio of culturally relevant brands, including 805 Beer, Cali Squeeze, Mind Haze, and Firestone beers.
This is not a production-only role. You're a curious, concept-first designer who understands culture, storytelling, and how brands live in the real world. You will help define campaigns, build brand systems, and execute work that shows up everywhere from retail and packaging to film, social, events, and large-scale partnerships. You're well-rounded across channels and comfortable taking an idea from a rough brief all the way through to polished execution.
As an independent problem solver, you'll develop new ideas and support multichannel marketing initiatives, working cross-functionally with Creative and Marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners. You'll collaborate on a wide range of design work that builds brand awareness and drives real results, including packaging, campaigns, social media (organic and paid), retail, presentations, POS materials, catalogs, product branding, and key marketing initiatives. You care about the craft, you're hungry, and you want to see your work live at scale.
If you're ready to put in the work and grow into your best, this is where you do it.
