ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to support our creative efforts across packaging, product, and marketing design. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple design disciplines. This is a contract-to-hire position with strong opportunity for long-term growth as the brand expands. Role is in-person based in Los Angeles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop artwork for primary and secondary product packaging
- Create product design assets including for cartons, labels, inserts, and components
- Design unique and engaging graphics for retail visual merchandising
- Print and digital proofing
- Develop marketing and branding materials for social, email, and web
- Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current on trends in packaging, branding, and design

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and marketing design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Must have experience working in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Based in LA and available for in-person work multiple days per week
- Can follow a detailed brief and can also bring structure and creative direction to more open-ended projects
- Experience working within predefined dielines and a strong background in print production is a significant plus
- Familiarity with Figma or visual merchandising experience is a bonus
