The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist is the engine behind boosting their brand presence and sparking real engagement across all brands. You'll create, launch, and level‑up digital campaigns across every channel—crafting content, building emails, shaping messaging, and making an impact with both B2B and B2C audiences.
This role is super collaborative. As part of their Creative Content team, you'll team up with Sales, E‑Commerce, and Design to bring ideas to life from digital spaces to real-world interactions. Where You'll Shine
- Email & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and launch email campaigns (promos, storytelling, automations — you name it) across the various brands
- Craft subject lines + preview text that stand out, then test your ideas with A/B experiments
- Segment audiences like a pro so each message feels personal and intentional
- Keep their email calendar tight and ensure every send lands on time
- Work with tools like Klaviyo and HubSpot to make the magic happen
- Content Creation & Optimization
- Write and edit scroll‑worthy content — blogs, landing pages, web copy, and more
- Create SEO‑friendly content that people can easily discover
- Develop compelling campaign copy that matches their brand vibe
- Refresh existing web content to keep everything current, clear, and engaging
- Campaign Support & Execution
- Bring campaigns to life — seasonal, promotional, product‑focused, you get the idea
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and creative flow so everything runs smoothly
- Support product launches + sales initiatives with killer messaging and content
- Keep brand voice consistent across each channel and touchpoint
- Social Media Coordination
- Own social strategy for two brand verticals across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Write and schedule captions that feel authentic and spark engagement
- Jump into comments + messages to build a positive, responsive community
- Help shape online brand reputation through smart, timely interactions
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track what's working (and what's not) across emails, campaigns, and content
- Team up with E‑Commerce to analyze digital metrics and uncover insights
- Test, iterate, optimize — always leveling up our digital presence through data‑driven decisions
Breakdown Of Responsibilities
- Email Marketing (30%) -- Write, build, and launch email campaigns + automations that actually get opened
- Content Creation (25%) -- Create blog posts, web copy, landing pages, and fresh site updates — plus social content that feels on‑brand and scroll‑worthy
- Campaign Execution (20%) -- Bring campaigns to life with asset creation, timeline coordination, and creative calendar magic
- Partner Communication (10%) -- Coordinate email communication with distributors and keep the sales team looped in
- Social Outreach (5%) -- Handle posting, engaging with other accounts, and responding to customers to keep the community vibe strong
- Reporting & Meetings (10%) -- Plan and coordinate promos, assets, new product launches, and whatever's coming up next — plus share insights in team syncs
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR/Advertising, or anything in that creative‑strategic neighborhood.
- Comfortable working inside ESPs like Klaviyo (bonus points!), MailChimp, or HubSpot — your natural habitat is the "Send Campaign" button.
- Experience updating website content, images, merch, and promos — and if you've navigated Shopify, even better.
- A strategic thinker who loves connecting dots and driving real results.
- You've got the analytics chops to read performance, spot trends, and tweak campaigns accordingly.
- Proven experience building and executing digital marketing strategies that work.
- Strong communication skills — you write clearly, confidently, and with personality.
- A curious, experimental mindset — you love learning, testing, and leveling up.
- Quick learner, self‑starter, organized human who can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
- Confident interfacing professionally within all levels of the organization
Extra Credit If You Have Experience with Any of These
