Dezine News Accessories (DNA) is a distinguished fashion design & wholesale company that supplies the nation’s leading retailers with private label fashion accessories. We are actively seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team by managing administrative tasks, process orders, and responde to internal/external customer inquiries ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer account needs, including order requirements such as ticketing, packaging, testing, item set-up, cost maintenance, UPC integrity, and resolving purchase order discrepancies.
- Own the accuracy and maintenance of customer systems and portals, including item setup, order entry, product information, and ongoing updates.
- Monitor aged inventory and assist in replenishment tracking, including reorder placements.
- Support retailer milestone meetings by preparing reports, conducting competitive research, organizing samples, tagging items, and assisting with meeting logistics, as well as meeting breakdown and clean-up.
- Maintain weekly inventory reporting for manual-annual, and replenishment items across multiple accounts.
- Manage calendars and scheduling for key milestone meetings.
- Create Loop pages for product development and order placement tracking.
- Monitor order progress both internally and externally to ensure on-time, in-full delivery to customers.
- Prepare and manage customer-facing documents, including order commit sheets and e-commerce copy.
- Collaborate with the graphics department to manage customer photography needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support, account coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
