Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee and manage HVAC projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in construction management.
Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Supervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting HVAC systems and resolving complex issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC project management and supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Familiarity with quality control processes in HVAC installations
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
