Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site (5 days in NYC office) role for an Investment Banking Analyst. The Investment Banking Analyst will support financial analysis, conduct in-depth research, assist in client presentations, and perform due diligence to support strategic and corporate finance transactions. The role involves collaborating with senior team members on valuation models, financial forecasting, and the preparation of high-quality deal materials. Additionally, the Analyst will participate in market research and stay informed on industry trends to enhance transaction strategies.
Qualifications

- Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and provide actionable insights
- Experience conducting Due Diligence and preparing comprehensive analysis reports
- Knowledge or prior experience in Investment Banking and corporate finance
- Proficiency with financial software and tools, including advanced MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Relevant internships or professional experience in finance or investment banking is a plus
