Responsibilities
Support the B2B sales and marketing efforts of a fast-growing family owned snack company including
- Onboarding new customers including completion of all customer required paperwork;
- Following up with existing customers seeking follow-up sales opportunities;
- Managing our company's profile, products and marketing activities on third party B2B and B2C online sales platforms;
- Supporting the existing orders administration team that enters, places internal work orders, tracks, and invoices orders while acting as primary point for customer service inquiries;
- Achieving proficiency in company's current ERP system environment;
- supporting other general admin functions within the office on an as-needed basis;
Qualifications
Candidate should have significant experience working in a similar sales administration environment, preferably with a food and beverage company. Competencies need to include:
- Full proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel;
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills are a must;
- Exposure to and working experience in an ERP environment is preferred;
- Candidate must be a self-starter able to set own daily agenda and work with minimal oversight;
- Ability to work collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, non-corporate environment with limited structure;
This job is on-site at our Hatboro, PA location. It is full-time (30-40 hrs/week) but there is flexibility as to days and hours worked. The salary range is $55,000-$65,000/year ($26,50-$31.25/hour) depending on experience. 3 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, SimIRA retirement plan, medical/dental available.
