Fabel Internship Program
Fabel ("FAH-bel") is a narrative coding RPG where players’ decisions shape the way they learn. We are a live product with real users, and we are actively developing new features, content, and learning experiences.
We are looking for a small number of interns to join us for a 3-month educational internship. This program is designed for students or early-career developers who want hands-on exposure to a real software product, mentorship from the founding team, and experience working with modern development tools.
Interns will participate in supervised projects, receive feedback through code review, and build portfolio-ready work they can discuss in future technical interviews.
What You’ll Work On
- Practice building and improving UI components in React and JavaScript
- Contribute to supervised game content, character dialogue, and narrative episodes
- Explore in-game audio, sound design, and creative assets
- Learn QA workflows by testing features, identifying bugs, and suggesting fixes
- Collaborate through Git and GitHub using real code review workflows

Requirements
- Basic JavaScript and React proficiency

- Access to reliable internet and a working laptop

Internship Details
This is an unpaid educational internship for a duration of 3 months. The program is intended primarily for learning, mentorship, skill development, and portfolio building. No fees or payments are required to apply or participate.
Participation in the internship does not guarantee future employment. However, strong interns may be considered for paid opportunities if the company’s needs and resources allow.
