Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the procurement process by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of services
Reconcile and submit invoices by partnering with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Assist in processing any accounting requests, ensuring alignment with financial policies
Handle vendor onboarding requests, including verifying credentials, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless integration into the system
Work on improving the accuracy and maintaining vendor data in the internal project tracking systems to operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, thrives in ambiguous situations, and proactively identifies process improvements while presenting actionable solutions
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $34.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
