Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Account Specialist located in Greater Orlando. The Inside Account Specialist will manage a portfolio of business accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, analyzing client needs, identifying product and service solutions, and handling orders, inquiries, and account-related issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, collaboration with internal teams to drive account growth and maintain high customer satisfaction will be a key focus.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive communication
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing customer needs and identifying growth opportunities
- Knowledge of Finance to manage account budgets and resolve billing inquiries
- Proficiency in teamwork and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Orlando area
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
