Role Description
- Shoot and edit content (UGC, product, lifestyle)
- Support influencer marketing and product seeding
- Handle editor outreach and sample sends
- Review ad account data to identify creative insights and iterate on content
- Assist with paid creative testing (variations, hooks, formats)
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in content, creative, or brand marketing
- Proficient in Photoshop (or equivalent design tools)
- Experience shooting and editing content (iPhone + basic camera setup)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Compensation & Benefits
- $70-80k base salary
- Eligible for annual cash bonus and equity in the company via stock options
