About This Role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing role ideal for someone who’s excited by culture, wellness, and being “out in the world” building a brand. You’ll support influencer and PR initiatives, help coordinate mailers and experiential moments, and play an active role in grassroots marketing – from studio visits to pop-ups and partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Social Media & Influencer Manager and VP of Marketing, gaining exposure across multiple parts of the marketing function.
What You'll Do
The day-to-day of this role will be very dynamic and no day will be the same. The sorts of tasks and projects you will be responsible for would include:
Social Media, Influencer & Community Support
- Scout, research, and help vet influencers and creators across TikTok and Instagram.
- Support outreach, gifting, and relationship management for influencer partnerships
- Track influencer activity, content delivery, and basic performance metrics
- Assist influencer mailers, including list building, product packing, coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized records of seeding, press coverage, and outreach
- Support content capture for our TikTok channel, during events, mailers, studio visits, and activations (iPhone-level is fine)
- Help track content trends, formats, sounds, and creator styles relevant to Gen Z wellness
- Social community management
Experiential & Field Marketing
- Help ideate and execute experiential marketing activations aimed at Gen Z and culturally engaged consumers
- Visit gyms, wellness studios, cafes, and community spaces to introduce momentm and coordinate product trials
- Support pop-ups, sampling moments, and small events – from logistics to on-site execution
Research & Ad Hoc Marketing Support
- Conduct research on competitors, cultural trends, wellness spaces, and potential partners
- Support day-to-day marketing tasks across social, influencer, PR, and brand as needed
- Assist with decks, briefs, and presentations for internal and external use
- Support email marketing
- Support with collateral procurement
Who You Are
- 1–2 years (including internships) experience in marketing, social media, PR, events, or a related field
- Deeply plugged into culture, wellness, fitness, and Gen Z trends
- Comfortable being proactive, in-person, and people-facing (this is not a purely desk-based role)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment where no task is “too small”
- NYC-based with familiarity across studios, gyms, cafes, and wellness spaces

- Executes influencer, PR, and experiential initiatives reliably, effectively and in a brand-aligned way, with strong attention to detail
- Proactively identifies creators, studios, and cultural spaces and events that meaningfully expand momentm’s reach with Gen Z
- Helps bring thoughtful, well-organized grassroots and experiential activations to life
- Builds positive relationships with creators, partners, and community touchpoints
- Captures and shares real-world insights and feedback to inform marketing and brand decisions
