A leading global financial institution is seeking an individual to join its Corporate Banking team in New York, focused on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This role offers exposure to corporate banking transactions, client coverage, and financial analysis within a fast-paced, global platform.
Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in managing relationships with TMT clients
- Assist with lending, structured finance, and treasury transactions
- Perform financial analysis, credit assessments, and industry research
- Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and credit memos
- Monitor portfolio performance and support risk management processes
- Partner with teams across capital markets, syndications, and transaction banking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Strong academic background and interest in corporate banking
- Understanding of financial statements and corporate finance
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship experience in finance or banking preferred
