About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a motivated individual to join its Corporate Banking team in New York, focused on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain exposure to complex financial transactions, client relationship management, and industry-leading banking practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in managing relationships with TMT corporate clients, including large-cap and mid-market companies
- Assist in the origination and execution of corporate banking transactions, including lending, structured finance, and treasury solutions
- Conduct financial analysis, including credit assessments, cash flow modeling, and industry research
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal credit memos
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist with risk management and compliance processes
- Collaborate with product partners across capital markets, syndications, and transaction banking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong academic record with demonstrated interest in corporate banking or financial services
- Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship experience in banking, finance, or a related field is preferred
